As we say farewell to 2022 and glide into 2023, my hope is that no matter what is going on around you and in the world, you remember that you and your relationships are your best resources for resilience, joy, peace and calm in this life. Whether you have been following me and this site from the beginning (2014) or have recently discovered “The Toolbox,” I am grateful for your interest and hope you continue to find helpful tools to add to your toolbox to be your best self individually and in your relationships.
This past year is a huge one for me as I’m in the process of trying some new things to be able to educate even more people about how to find happiness, emotional safety and authenticity with each other and within themselves.
Join me for my first free live webinar called Jump-Start Your Emotional Health , on January 25th, 2022 at 9A Pacific!
This is your opportunity to focus on your personal growth as we move into 2023. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, sadness, or a general awareness that you’re not showing up as your best self, I will give you tools and strategies to empower you to take control of your emotional wellness via my Eight Pillars of Emotional Health to help you lay a strong foundation for increased awareness, peace, and resilience. And the better you feel about yourself, the better positioned you’ll be to have healthy, rewarding relationships.
