Top Employers In The United States Must Read If You Are Looking To Settle In The United States.

A good way to start off searching for high paying US jobs with or without a bachelor’s degree program is to take a study about top employers in the United State so as to help narrow your job target. Among the top employers in the United States in 2015, the majority of them are restaurant and department store chains along with retailing companies; like as Wal-Mart, Target, Kroger, Yum Brands, Amazon.com, The Home Depot, McDonald’s and Lowe’s among others.

There are also major financial service companies like as JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Citigroup, and Wells Fargo. Other top employers in the United States include technology and computer hardware companies, professionals Service Company and telecommunications companies.

The US Federal Government is the top-most employer in the world. The country’s federal government consists of many agencies and departments divided into distinct roles and purposes. The federal government departments and agencies consist of the Department of Agriculture, Treasury Justice, Homeland Security, Navy, Airforce, Army, Veteran Affairs, the US Postal Service, and other Defense activities. Although, these are not the only sources of employment from the US Federal Government.

In Walmart’s home state of Arkansas, the company employs 53,310 people and around 4% of the non-farm workforce that includes about 18,600 jobs at the HQ in Bentonville, AR.

Notwithstanding Walmart is also the largest employer across the South in general. The company maintains an obvious influence in the state where it was founded. Whether it is Texas (171,531 employees) or Virginia (44,621), there are Walmarts dispersed in the states surrounding Arkansas.

Kroger is a retailing company which is one of the top employers in the United States and the largest supermarket chain in the country with revenue of $109.83 billion for the 2016 fiscal year. The company stands as the second biggest general retailer besides Walmart and also stands the 23rd largest company in the US. With 400,000 employees in 2015, Kroger is the fourth biggest private employer in the US and also the third largest retailing company in the world.
